I use the EQ-i 2.0 tool to complete an assessment to find out the areas that leaders are strong in and the areas that may be challenging.

We then work with the leader to create a tailored development plan to set them up for success.

I use the Saville Wave tool to delve into an individual motivations, talents, preferred work culture and competency potential. This provides valuable insights into a persons suitability for specific roles and their development potential.
